Generous supporters like you help keep CCO alive.

Canadian tax and charity law say that supporters can give gifts only to registered charities. For this reason, you cannot donate directly to one of our missionaries or projects. Still, we recognize that you may know a specific missionary or have interest in a particular project.

For these reasons, you would like to see your donation go to a specific cause.

We encourage you to tell us where you would like your funds to go. We always seek to respect the preferences of our donors.

Here’s a brief explanation of preferences you may wish to specify:

Missionaries

There are more than 80 full-time missionaries currently working on campus and in our national headquarters. Each of them is responsible for raising all funds associated with their salary and ministry expenses. Note that if you give in this way, you are not donating to an individual. Instead, you are supporting the individual’s ministry.

Regions

Each campus ministry has its own costs. These vary slightly by city, but examples include food for outreach events and missionary training.

CCO General

Each of our national departments — such as Finance, Human Resources, Missions & Events — operates from the CCO General budget. This covers computers, training, printing and overhead.

Mission participants

Every year, many young adults take part in our international and domestic missions. While some are able to pay their own way, others need to raise the funds from donors. We encourage them in this effort.

You can adjust or cancel your support at any time.

CCO is a registered Canadian charity (#13782 4363 RR0001). All donations are tax-deductible.

Monthly donations give CCO the financial sustainability to plan for future growth. CCO pays a standard processing fee for any donations made by credit card. If you want your donation to go further, we invite you to donate by pre-authorized payment (PAP) instead.
