Hey there! My name is Caleb and thank you for stopping by my page to read a little bit about me! I am super excited to go on my very first mission trip with Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) to Scotland this May!

In 2016, I completed my education with a diploma in Bioscience Technology at Saskpolytech in Saskatoon, SK. For two years, I have been enjoying working at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency as a chemistry technician in the Saskatoon Laboratory.

For about 5 years, I have had an amazing experience of parish life at St. John Bosco. My faith really came alive when I first started attending mass at St. John Bosco Parish in the winter of 2013. I was searching for truth, but more importantly, a relationship with Christ through the church. After coming to St. John Bosco for the first time on a cold morning in November of 2013, I felt God’s love in the church, through a genuine welcoming spirit.

My relationship with God increased drastically when I met a few students involved with CCO. These students were genuinely interested in getting to know me. This was a new experience for me. I realized that these relationships were pointing towards spiritual accompaniment. In 2018, I took Discovery for the first time, and with a longing for a deeper relationship with Christ, I renewed my relationship with Christ.

Over the past two years, I have been volunteering in youth ministry at St. John Bosco. It’s been incredible to watch a small youth group of just a few youths take off and grow to nearly twenty. More importantly, it’s been amazing to witness the spiritual growth in each youth member. The youth are excited to come and be their true selves. This makes youth ministry an incredible ministry to serve in.

I am excited for the opportunity to become a missionary with CCO and other CCO missionaries across Canada to serve in St. Mary of the Assumption parish in Aberdeen, Scotland, using CCO evangelistic resources. These resources will aid in sharing the gospel clearly and simply. I believe with all my heart that while on the mission, the Holy Spirit will touch lives in Scotland and will touch my life deeply, and it has already!

I kindly ask for your support to fuel this mission to Scotland. Without your support, this mission trip cannot proceed. Your prayers and financial support mean so much. Thank you for stopping by and I will keep all of you in my prayers.
