My name is Curtis McDonald and I’m a graduate student at Queen’s University. This summer, I will be going to Scotland with CCO to share the Gospel in the city of Aberdeen, and I’m excited to share about this mission project with you.
I was raised Catholic with loving parents but growing up the act of Sunday worship felt like a ritual and not an encounter with God. Over the course of meeting various people who had personally encountered Jesus in their lives, I grew to realize there is so much more to the Catholic faith; to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ!
During my time in undergraduate interacting with CCO, I made the firm commitment to put Christ at the center of my life. This solid foundation brings such peace and comfort to my life that the world cannot shake. Now I want to go forth and share this great news with others, that they are uniquely loved and specially made to encounter Jesus.
I have taken steps to share this good news with my friends and colleagues on campus, and now I have the incredible opportunity to continue this work in Scotland. Through training with CCO, us student missionaries will be equipped to lead new people to the faith, and also to train other energetic evangelists overseas in the same way.
If you are capable, I would greatly appreciate any financial contribution you can make to my mission work this summer. I would also ask for prayer and spiritual support as we leave on the mission.

God Bless!

“But how are they to call on one in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in one of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone to proclaim him? And how are they to proclaim him unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!” ” -Romans 10:14-15

We lead evangelization missions around the world.
