Hello and thank you for taking the time to check out my page!

My name is Kirstie, and I am currently in my Third year of university studying Forensic psychology at Carleton University in Ottawa. I hail from a small town just outside of Ottawa called Russell and am fortunate to have two amazing and supportive parents as well as being a part of the lovely parish of Our Miraculous Medal.

In my life faith had always been a constant. However, I didn’t know what it meant to have a “personal relationship” with Jesus until I became a part of CCO (Catholic Christian Outreach) during my first year of University. Through taking the CCO faith studies, I found myself desiring to know Jesus more intimately and as well as inviting him to be at the centre of my life.

After making this decision, I found myself seeking out opportunities to share the gospel message, wanting others to know and experience the same joy I feel by knowing Jesus. My first opportunity came by leading faith studies on campus and was shortly followed by participating in the St. Francis Xavier relic tour in Kingston and Ottawa.

Last Summer, I also had the amazing and humbling experience of being a part of the CCO mission trip to Honduras. Not only was I able to share the gospel message but I was also able to grow even more profoundly in my faith and gain skills in sharing the gospel more effectively and confidently. When I returned on campus, I was on fire with a passion to serve and follow God. I was ready to go and say, and do what he wanted me to.

This May, I will be going on a Mission to Aberdeen, Scotland and work with the parish of St. Mary of the Assumption to help implement tools to share the Gospel message, start faith studies and help in parish outreach! After witnessing all the amazing things that God has done on campus as well as on mission in Honduras, I am so excited to see all the great things He is going to accomplish in Aberdeen.

Thank you again for taking the time to read just a little part of my story, I am financially responsible for raising $4,300, and I would greatly appreciate any support either financially or through prayer as well as support for my team as we prepare to go on this mission.

God Bless!

We lead evangelization missions around the world.
