Hi! My name is Sofija, and I am a third-year health science student at Simon Fraser University in Burnaby BC.

Why do I want to be on Mission?

I have been involved with CCO for three years, and in that time, I have experienced incredible transformation in my faith. I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve my campus and lead others to Jesus. Leading faith studies has shown me the deep joy of accompanying others in their journey towards Christ, witnessing firsthand how He works in their lives and using me as His instrument.

The opportunity to serve on this mission to Rome excites me because it allows me to take this mission beyond my campus and into the world. This mission will challenge me to grow in deeper trust and dependence on God while equipping me to be a strong leader and missionary disciple. I look forward to encountering people from all walks of life, sharing the message of Jesus, and bringing the joy of the Gospel to those I meet.
