Hi there! My name is Thomas and I’m from beautiful Vancouver, BC!

I’m currently in the process of transferring from Linguistics to Mechatronic Engineering at Simon Fraser University. In the future, I want to work for a space exploration company. I was born and raised Catholic but I never really took my faith seriously until Grade 7 when I felt God was calling me to the priesthood. So, I decided to further discern that call at Seminary of Christ the King High School run by the Benedictine Monks at Westminister Abbey, here in BC. Long story short, after five years of high school seminary, I discovered that God was not calling me to the priesthood but had a different plan for me. After graduation I took a gap year to work in Vancouver and then live in Japan for a short time. The next year I entered university and that’s where I am now. I got involved with CCO quite quickly and really treasure the opportunity with which God has gifted me to strengthen my own faith and share it with those around me. I truly believe that CCO has the tools, resources and grace from God to evangelize Canada and eventually the whole world. However, that is dependent upon our willingness to say “Yes” to his call. For my part, I believe God is calling me to this mission to Mexico and this is my “Yes” to Him.

We lead evangelization missions around the world.
