Michelle Mazaheri

Growing up without religion, I chased happiness but felt empty until a friend invited me to a faith study during COVID, sparking my curiosity. Though I struggled to believe God could love me, I decided to seek Him and joined a CCO retreat in Ottawa. While adoration was happening, I went quietly by myself to another room and sat alone at a table. I saw Jesus, who looked at me with love and said, “I see you, I hear you, I know you. I have been here the whole time,” changing everything. When I got home, I told my dad, “It’s real,” because Jesus had truly met me. Since then, my faith has grown, and I’ve learned to trust God as my loving Father.

My Mission

I am so excited to proclaim to the lost university students the good news. The broken pieces left by the World are pieces of a mosaic that God is using to paint a picture of their lives. Some think that they’ll find happiness in the World, but what they’re looking for isn’t there. The peace they’re trying so hard to find can only be found in Jesus.
