My Story
I fell in love with my faith as a child and did my best to follow in the footsteps of Christ. Upon reaching the Sacrament of Confirmation I chose to make an “adult” decision to live as a Catholic and to put Christ at the centre of my life.
From this point onward, I continued to grow in my faith and tried to remain faithful to God. It was not always easy, but I never stopped having that relationship with God. God was always my comforter and I looked to him for guidance in all the big decisions I had to make.
Upon reaching university, I became involved with CCO and began taking and leading faith studies. Through this experience, I developed a love for the students I led and an intense desire for them to put Christ at the centre of their lives and for them to grow in their faith.
It was through my involvement with CCO that I renewed my commitment to Jesus and discovered my missionary identity as a Catholic and began to explore the idea of serving in the renewal of the world as a CCO staff member. Through prayer and counsel, I decided that my strengths and talents could best serve in proclaiming Jesus to the world in the Stewardship & Development Department at HQ.
ONGOING PRAYER REQUESTS
Please pray that my ministry might be fruitful and that I can better serve CCO’s many donors and staff in my role in the Stewardship & Development Department. Please pray that my relationship with Christ will continue to strengthen and deepen.
Help Paul Make Jesus Known
While Catholic Christian Outreach seeks to honour the expressed preference of each gift, I acknowledge that my gift is a gift to the ministry of Catholic Christian Outreach and will be used by Catholic Christian Outreach in a manner that it believes will best advance its charitable purposes. If my preference changes, it is my responsibility to inform Catholic Christian Outreach.
