Rise Up will be held at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver, located at 655 Burrard Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 2R7, Canada.
Most attendees stay in the conference hotel. Once you register you’ll receive access to a discounted room block. We recommend quad occupancy — it’s the most affordable option and honestly more fun.
Rise Up is for anyone aged 18–35. Most attendees are university students and recent graduates, but young professionals are very much at home here too.
You can reserve your spot today with a $100 deposit and pay the remaining balance later. It’s the easiest way to save your spot and get early bird pricing before the cost goes up.
Yes! Day passes and New Year’s banquet-only tickets will be available for purchase closer to the event. Details and pricing will be released in November.
No. For security reasons, Rise Up is a private event. All attendees — including guests and children — must have an official event pass to access any part of the conference.

December 27, 2025 is the final day to register — pending availability.
Yes. If you chose a payment plan, your remaining balance will be charged automatically by December 15. Be sure your card is up to date.
If your balance can’t be processed after Dec 15, you may incur a $35 fee — or your registration could be cancelled.
