Do I Belong Here2025-06-27T14:32:54-04:00

Do I need to be Catholic to attend Rise Up? Nope. You don’t need to be Catholic, part of CCO, or spiritually “put together.” Whether you’re just starting to ask big questions or returning after a dry season, you’re welcome here.

I’m not in university anymore. Can I still come? Yes! Rise Up is for all Catholic young adults ages 18–35—students, alumni, and professionals. You’ll find real conversations and meaningful connection for wherever you are in life.

What if I come alone? Over 50% of attendees come solo—and most leave with lifelong friends. From small groups to community meals, Rise Up is designed to make connection natural from the start.

I‘ve already been to Rise Up. Should I come again? Absolutely. 2025’s theme, A New Generation with the Jubilee as well as new speakers and workshops, makes this year unique. Returning attendees often call it their annual spiritual “reset.”

Joined the faith in Janurary 2023. First year student. First time at Rise Up.

“The talks have really hit home. Seeing how everyone here is connected to God and how it’s so relatable, it’s awesome. I’m vibing.”

-Claire, Saint Mary’s University
