Isabel A.

“Hi! My name is Isabel, and I live in Vaughan, Ontario. I was born in Ecuador and now call Canada home. I work in finance, and outside of work I’m actively involved in my Catholic community, where I enjoy serving, building friendships, and helping others grow in their faith.

This year I have the incredible opportunity to participate in a Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) mission on the Camino de Santiago. I’m excited to grow closer to Christ, serve fellow pilgrims, and share God’s love with the people I meet along the way. Why do I want to be on Mission?

My faith has been one of the greatest gifts in my life, and I want to continue growing in my relationship with Christ while sharing His love with others. When I learned about the opportunity to serve on this CCO mission along the Camino de Santiago, I felt called to step out in faith and say yes.

During this mission, I hope to accompany pilgrims, foster meaningful conversations, and bear witness to God’s love through simple acts of service and friendship. I also know that this experience will challenge me, deepen my faith, and help me become a better disciple. Thank you for being part of this journey through your prayers and support.
