Hi! I’m Stephanie, in my first year at Mount Royal University studying Business Administration in Calgary, Alberta. I’ve lived in Calgary for basically my whole life. I love talking to people and getting to know their stories and perspectives. I always aim to have a good time and try to live in the moment. Fortunately, I’m so thankful for finding CCO and growing my relationship with Christ in a community that strives for the same goals.

Why do I want to be on Mission?

After truly having a conversion, I’ve noticed that God is eternal and is worth the chase over temporary, unfulfilling worldly desires. And over the past year, I’ve realized how much more people need and long for Jesus. Whether it’s people I encounter in everyday life or those I’m very close to, I’ve seen how much our world needs the message of Christ. This has stirred in me a desire to share the joy and peace that comes from knowing Him personally. I want others to experience the same freedom and purpose that I have begun to discover. Being part of this mission is an opportunity for me not only to serve others but also to continue growing in faith, humility, and love. I hope to step out of my comfort zone, trust God more deeply, and be a witness to His presence through both my words and actions. My desire is to be used by Him so that more people can encounter His love.
