Life with Christ is a wonderful adventure. – St. JPII

My adventure started young, as I have been Catholic my whole life. The story really gets good however, in my teens when I started to take my faith in God a little more personally. I first truly encountered Jesus at a Catholic youth conference when I was 16, through Adoration and the sacrament of reconciliation. I experienced God’s love and mercy in a way that changed my life, and the adventure has only gotten more exciting with each passing milestone.

When I went to university I had no idea how I was going to continue living out my faith in a big, new city where I had no home church, and no community. I met CCO at Ryerson University in Toronto and this became my faith family. Through CCO I grew in my relationship with Jesus, and heard the personal call to “go and make disciples of all nations” (Matt 28:19). My adventure with Christ then took me to full-time ministry.

After spending 2 years as a campus missionary at Concordia University in Montréal, the next milestone in the journey is a homecoming. I am very excited to return to my alma mater, Ryerson to continue the mission. As a student my heart longed for my classmates and peers to experience the love of God. Returning as a CCO missionary, I am now able to dedicate my time and energy fully to the mission of inviting people to encounter Jesus. I am eager to see what great things God will do at Ryerson this year as the adventure continues. Thank you for your support and prayers for our ministry!

For the missionary team and students at Ryerson that the Lord would move in our lives, for the conversion of my family, and all those who do not know Jesus well enough.
