My Catholic faith used to be like music playing in another room: background noise. Everything changed when I heard the core Gospel message in high school and made an intentional decision to become a disciple of Jesus. Since that moment, I’ve been striving to follow Jesus as closely as possible and invite others into a relationship with Him, whether they were my college roommates or strangers I met on mission in Virginia Beach, Istanbul, or Calcutta.

My Mission

For nearly 20 years, I have been working in Catholic parishes and ministries, inviting others to surrender their lives to Jesus and grow as His disciples. I’ve seen God move in powerful ways, but I’ve also seen many people slipping through the cracks in our parishes and neighborhoods.

CCO’s relational approach to evangelization, Intentional Accompaniment, activates Catholics as missionary disciples who are ready to accompany those around them into the abundant life Jesus offers. I’ve seen Intentional Accompaniment bear astonishing fruit all over the world through my work with CCO as a contract content developer on Activate: Witness and the Intentional Accompaniment series for parish and diocesan leaders.

God is calling me to join the CCO team as an Intentional Accompaniment Catalyst to spread the word about this effective approach to evangelization in the United States, activating missionary disciples so that the Lost can be found, and there is more rejoicing in heaven.
