My Story

When I was studying at the University of Ottawa, another student led me through CCO’s first faith study and shared the Gospel with me. I found so much freedom in realizing I did not have to be perfect to earn God’s love. My life changed when I invited Jesus into the centre of my life on November 3rd, 2016. Participating in CCO missions in 2017, 2018, and 2019 affirmed that I am made to be a CCO Missionary for the long haul because, in this mission, my gifts and talents shine and give God the greatest glory.

Since becoming a CCO missionary, I met my wife, Erika. We were married on May 18, 2024. We are so blessed to serve as CCO Team Leaders in Halifax and to build a missionary family.

My Mission

I began my missionary career at our headquarters while studying in Ottawa. Since graduation, I have served at the University of Victoria (BC), Memorial University of Newfoundland, and now at Dalhousie University in Halifax, NS. The adventure of living my life for Jesus has taken me coast to coast (a few times now), and it’s such a joy. I am so excited to see students discover the adventure Jesus has for them when they decide to follow Him for the rest of their lives.

ONGOING PRAYER REQUESTS

Please pray for the students at MUN, that their hearts would be open to the awesome joy of a relationship with Jesus! In particular, I ask for prayers that great missionary saints would be raised up through our ministry in St. John’s.
