Gabrielle Douglas

I was baptized in the Greek Orthodox Church and grew up hearing about Jesus but never truly encountering Him. In my first year of university, I wanted nothing to do with the Catholic faith. It wasn’t until my good friend invited me to take a CCO faith study that my entire life changed, I encountered Jesus personally and made the decision to join the Catholic Church. Not long after I realized my need for Christ, my heart began to ache for those who did not know Him and His Church.

My Mission

This year, I will be serving at Toronto Metropolitan University. I am beyond thrilled to accompany the women at TMU, lead them closer to the merciful heart of Christ and help them discover their identity as beloved daughters. I feel incredibly privileged to be able to proclaim the Gospel on campus and witness Jesus transform lives!
