Victoria Doucette

When I was 17, I encountered Jesus, and He freed me from a life of loneliness and brought me into a life of true freedom. Since then, I have only continued to fall more in love with Him. As a student at the University of Ottawa, my heart became restless at the thought of people not knowing Jesus. Through CCO and its materials, I not only experienced personal transformation, but I also witnessed others’ lives being changed. I saw the lost come home, women’s hearts healed from shame, and lives radically transformed through the simplicity of the Gospel. It was through these experiences that my desire to be a missionary with CCO was set ablaze.

My Mission

As a full-time missionary, I have the incredible privilege of dedicating each day to sharing the gospel with students at Toronto Metropolitan University. University can be a deeply confusing and formative time—a season where many either discover true purpose or drift further from it. My desire is to offer the students of TMU the opportunity to find true life—a life with Jesus. Much like Abraham, I’ve felt Jesus inviting me to look to the stars and envision the countless lives He wants to draw back to Himself. I’m filled with excitement as I live out that calling at TMU!
