My Story
Raised in a Catholic family, the sacraments, the image of Jesus, and the rosary have always been part of my life – especially today. I married young, in my mid-twenties, and thought I had life all figured out. God generously granted the blessings I asked for, but I later realized I had been asking for the wrong ones. As I became more self-sufficient and busier with life, I gradually gave less time to God.
After stepping away from the sacraments and prayer for a few months, I discovered a deep loneliness despite being surrounded by people. In that emptiness, I turned to God in prayer, and the Holy Spirit opened my eyes to the Truth. I realized that only God’s presence can fill the deepest longing of the human heart. Like the prodigal son, I returned to the Father’s house, determined never to leave again.
I first learned about CCO through a seminarian’s conversion testimony shared before Sunday mass at my parish. His testimony was deeply moving, and hearing how the mission transformed his encounter with Jesus and ultimately his entire life inspired me greatly.
“It’s not the man who finds the truth, it’s the truth that finds the man: because the Truth is a person. It’s Jesus Christ, the Son of God”. St. Ambrose.
My Mission
I serve as a missionary on the Media & Marketing Team. I truly believe that CCO is making a meaningful impact on campuses. While each of us serves in different ministries and roles, we work together as one body to support the proclaimation of the Gospel and God’s work in the lives of young adults.
