Veronica Ho

I was born into a Catholic family and grew up surrounded by the traditions of the faith, but for much of my early life, I didn’t have a personal relationship with Jesus. God the Father felt distant—more like an abstract idea than someone real and present in my life.

My journey took a beautiful turn when Alvin—who is now my husband—invited me to be part of the Jesus Youth movement, where I first began to truly encounter the love of Jesus. Through this vibrant and faith-filled group, I began to encounter Jesus in a more personal and intimate way. It was in this community that my faith truly began to take root. During one of our formation sessions, I experienced a deep and undeniable call from Jesus—to serve Him and to serve His people. That moment was a turning point, and it marked the beginning of a beautiful journey of mission and discipleship.

My Mission

After over a decade of working as an education professional in the field of digital technology, I felt the Lord inviting me into something new—something deeper. My passion for education and technology had always been central to my work, but I longed to see those gifts used directly in service of the Church. That longing was answered in a beautiful way when I was called to join CCO as a missionary.

Today, I serve as the Platform Manager at CCO. While my role involves managing the technical side of this platform, at its heart, it’s about creating a space where faith can flourish. I see my work as building a digital home where transformation can happen—where people can encounter Jesus and grow as His disciples.

This mission brings together my professional skills and my heart for evangelization. Every task, every improvement to the platform, is an opportunity to help others draw closer to Christ. It’s a privilege to serve the Church in this unique way, using the gifts God has given me to support those who are leading others into a deeper relationship with Him.
